Midori Spring’s Ceremonial Emerald Class Matcha is creamy, smooth, and has a light sweet aftertaste when brewed as a tea. It is made with specially selected raw material comes from our tea gardens in Aichi and Kagoshima in Japan and we maintain the highest standards in production. Emerald Class has a fresh, sweet, earthy aroma and the colour is a vibrant green. It can be enjoy as a tea brew or use it in – baked goods, raw treats, smoothies, yogurt, ice cream, or create your own Matcha inspired recipe.

~ Organic (USDA, JAS)
~ Kosher (OU) Certified
~ Rich in antioxidants

Matcha has immediate and long term health benefits: increase in energy without the jitters, reduce stress and improve mental alertness, improve metabolism and help with weight loss, boost immune system and reduce inflammation and help the body cleanse of harmful elements. I like that the Emerald Class is Chef’s Top Choice but is not a culinary grade matcha, which makes it first rate for cooking and mixed beverages. This premium product is ceremonial grade, organic, vegan and kosher certified. It’s also gluten free, GMO free and contains no pesticides, soy, wheat of any kind. I am glad this version is more cost effective than their Gold, because I can use not only as a tea, but add it to other drinks as well. I love the creamy and smooth taste it has. I am glad the I can get all the health benefits of Matcha not only in tea form, but other dishes as well.

The Matcha tea was  provided by Midori Spring in order to facilitate my review, I was not compensated . This review is Desafio In The City honest opinion about this product.
