My sister told me about kinesiology tape as an alternative of me using a knee brace. I am very happy with the results and very pleased with the support it provides; I think it is better than my knee brace. However, there was no instruction as to how to use it. I use it mainly on my knees and I am very thankful for all those YouTube videos. It is very lightweight you won’t even know is there, soft, breathable and stretchy. It was very easy to tear the length I needed by hand. If you have a very active lifestyle or are trying to get more active this is a must have. I am very happy I gave this product a tried!
