I am a tea drinker I have been on a Green Tea obsession for years. When I hear about Matcha, I starting doing my research and was so happy to realize Matcha is not only tea but it can also be added to other dishes. When I was offered the opportunity to try Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder from Kiss Me Organics, I was much excited and eager to give it a try. Organic Matcha can be used in everything from smoothies, baking, mixed drinks and my favorite ICE CREAM. I love, love Green Tea ice cream. Although the recipe book doesn’t have a recipe for it I went looking for one online.

I used this Organic Matcha powder to bake green tea cupcakes. I was impressed by the taste, you can actually taste the green tea. The cupcakes were really green!

I also use it to make Ice Cream and although it has a very strong bitter after taste it will be a matter of adjusting the amount of Organic Matcha add it to the recipe.

Organic Matcha is so finely ground, it can be added to many dishes including, pizza dough, cakes, cocktails, smoothies, waffles, gravy, and so much more! I have a lot of other recipes I want to add Organic Matcha to and the recipe book provided with my order has a lot to choose from.

I am planning  to use Organic Matcha more often and hope to see how it helps with my family well being.
