The Francois et Mimi Vintage Double Wall French Press is beautiful elegantly designed. I have previously own other presses, but this one is by far the most elegant and the one I can actually make coffee for more than one person.
Pros
~ It has an charming vintage look
~ Surprisingly lightweight
~ Double-wall construction helps holds heat well.
~ Holds 34oz or 1000ml
~ Dribble-proof spout
~ No metallic taste on the coffee or tea
~ Easy to clean (dishwasher safe)
Cons
~ The outer wall is very bulky. The inside is a straight cylinder. It is what makes it charming, but it proposes a storage challenge.
~ When pressing the lid/press makes a horrible screeching sound.
~ The screw holding the handle are not stainless steel
