The Vegetarian Weight Loss diet is well written and easy to read. However, some of the recipes are missing ingredients amount, which makes it difficult for do the recipe. The recipes are simple so no need to run around for ingredients that are not easy to find. This is a great beginner book. I don’t know if the use of heavy creamy and cheese in some of the recipes is advisable for a weight loss book, but again they may have been used in small quantities for those recipes. I have added some of this recipes to my list to try.
