We have added HIIT: The Game to our family game night rotation. It has motivated us to get more fit in a fun way. We love it so much that we are now doing this three times a week. I am not going to tell you we have lost weight, but we have improve significantly in most of the exercises presented on this game. You can do this alone or with friends and family. The game has 2 Decks of Exercise Cards (104 Exercise cards), 1 Deck of Game Play & Strategy Cards (12 Draw cards, 12 Interval cards, 30 Power Play cards, ), 2 Dice and 4 information cards and encourage you to use your own body to get fit. Each Exercise card has an image of the exercise, a description of the exercise, a link or a QR code that will take you to video demonstrations of the exercise, and a point value that you receive for completing an exercise in a round. The app is very helpful to help you keep track of the game. HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training and it can be use by beginners or pros alike. The game will help you with cardio, arms, chest, legs and core! There is no repetition and it will fool your muscles into building up strength quickly. Since all you need is your body it is great for traveling; no exercise equipment needed. The box is very well design and easy to take anywhere. There is no instructions in the box, but there are direction to the website where you can see the instruction video and download a PDF if need it. You will never play the same game or get the same workout twice.
