Review ~ Fraser Digital Kitchen Scale

kitchenscaleFraser Kitchen Scale it stylish and compact. It has the same functions as most other digital scales with the multiple measuring units and tare feature. What I like about it is the sleep solid glass surface that covers the entire top of the scale; this makes it easy to clean. I been wanting to get a scale for a while to help with portion control and to measure my baking ingredients.

~ It is compact and easy-to-store because of the slim design.
~ Accurate measurements from 0 ounces to 11 lbs (0 to 5,000 grams)
~ Touch sensitive Unit, Tare and Power buttons for easy operation.
~ Includes 1 lithium battery (CR2032) and an easy-access battery compartment (no screwdriver needed)
~ The 1 minute auto-off feature conserves battery life
~ Scale size 5.5″ x 7″ x .75″

The Tare features calculates the net weight of the ingredients (container weight is automatically subtracted); this allows me to built my lunch or salad without dirtying another plate. It runs on one CR2032 watch battery, which I am not a fan off, because they are not a battery I keep on hand. Still have to test the battery life and see how long it would last. The battery compartment is easily accessible and the battery is simple to replace. It is smaller than what I was expecting and the scale display is not back-lit. It will work great in a small kitchen like mine.

The Scale was provided from Fraser in order to facilitate my review, I was not compensated. This review is Desafio In The City honest opinion about this product.
