I was a little worry when I received this pastry cutter, but surprisingly it was more than I was expecting. It is well made and very sturdy. My old pastry blender had blades that tend to bend easily, this is not the case with this one; the blades are strong and sharp. The handle allows for a good grip and it is surprisingly comfortable to use. If you are looking for a pastry cutter or for an upgrade this is one you should keep in mind
