My five year old niece enjoy this book very much. In this book the authors is very engaging with her story about spring time and friendship. It show us how two unlikely “creatures” forge a friendship and how one helps the other out of a bad situation. I would have love to see a less terrifying woodland creature as the other main character in the story; even though Terry is caring and kind to the bear in real life that situation would be really dangerous. The illustrations are great and very color full. I just realize this is part of a series and would definitely look into the other books.
