This Stainless Steel steamer has become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. I have been able to steam various vegetables and it is so much easier than blanching. We also made some dumplings and buns. It is a fast and nutritious cooking method. I was worry about the folding pieces coming off, but that has not happened with this product. I am very impressed with the quality of this steamer. The only thing that would make this steamer better would be longer legs. It sits pretty close to the bottom of the pan. I have never use this type of steamer before, but now I feel that it is something I can’t live without.
