Really sharp Ceramic Knife. It is sharp and lightweight. It does not get rusty or corroded, which is nice. I do like the shape of the handle because I get a good grip and for me it is easy to use for preparing food. I love the box in came in, I can transport it anywhere. It is good for chopping, mincing, dicing and paring. All in all, I am pleased with this knife.
