I think this would be a great gift for teen and tweens. It works pretty well, I tested it with my iPhone 5 and my iPad Mini and it charge both ok. I don’t think it was as fast as my regular cord. I love that it light up so the phone can be easily found when in low light or dark places. The cord it self don’t light which I though it was going to happen, the ends of the cord do. I am very happy with this product because the performance is up to par.
