Thanksgiving is a monumental task and anyone who says different haven’t made a Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. Finding a cookbook that will help you enjoy Thanksgiving day with your love ones is wonderful.

Easy Thanksgiving Pressure Cooker it’s a beautiful book and I will get much use out of it. Perhaps the recipes are great, I haven’t try any of them yet, but reading through it I see some that are very simple and quick so I can be using the cooker to make all those side dishes. Not having picture was a bit of a letdown, I am not into reading through a bunch of recipes, I like to see what catches my eye which helps me determine what I want to try.  I would have love to see the “Prefect Juicy Turkey” recipe picture, before I invest my time and money on it.

The cookbook was well written, easy to follow recipes and very practical. The recipes didn’t contain large number of ingredients or ingredients not readily available in your supermarket. All the recipes are group by Vegetables, Soups, Main Dish and Desserts, but it is not well define when one section ends and the other one begins (e.g. “Restaurant Style Lamb” is the last main dish and the next recipe is “Adult Dessert Pears”). I wish the book was breaking down in to “define” sections, it will make it easy for you to just peruse that section and select the recipe you want to try. Although you can click each recipe individually from the table of content, adding a section title and adding it to the table of content would have been great.

If you are new to pressure cooking don’t expect to find much information about it on this book. There are two brief overviews as to how to use stove top and electric cookers, no other reference. Overall, It is a good value and it will help with your Thanksgiving meal preparation. As always plan ahead.
