I am always looking for kitchen gadgets that would be safe for my son to use when he helps in the kitchen. The cheese slicer and grater set is very light and sharp. It is well constructed and it is safe enough so my son doesn’t hurt his fingers and easy to clean. However, I had such high hopes for the cheese slicer, but it was a letdown. It is not a heavy duty stainless steel product, it bend with the weight of the block of cheese. I think it will be best use on quick and easy meals preparations.
