BakeItFun baking mat is what I been looking for. As a baker and one trying to be more green, finding affordable products to help with that change is always great. BakeItFun baking mat is one of those, because it can be use and reuse many times over. I used parchment paper and I been toying with the idea about switching to silicone baking mats for a while. I was a little skeptical and worry that any smells or chemicals will leeching to my bake goods.

BakeItFun baking mat is one awesome product. It lay flat immediately after taking it out of the box and my cookies were evenly golden at the bottom. I have not tried it in the freezer, microwave or with any other bake items (cheese, candies, etc.). Just the reusable aspect of this product is enough for me to make it one of my favorite baking tools.
