Review ~ Chef Cristiane’s Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce

hotsaucebrazil

Chef Cristiane’s Brazilian Gourmet Hot Sauce is one of the best tasting hot sauces from South America. Tastes great on everything. It has a tangy, tomato, carrot, and Malagueta pepper flavor that is totally unique. It is not too hot, so you can put a lot on your food and enjoy the taste of the hot sauce without burning your mouth off.

~ Made in Small Batches with Malagueta Peppers
~ Mild/Medium Hotness – 5 oz.
~ Made from an old family recipe.
~ Made with Malagueta Peppers
~ Made with all natural ingredients – no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, and no artificial ingredients
~ Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, onions, water, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, malagueta peppers, cane sugar, salt, garlic, and spices.

My husband and were please with the taste of this sauce, but it didn’t wow us. I knew it was a mild/medium hotness and we like our hot sauces really HOT. However, since my son is so young we have to restrict our self to mild sauces and this just fit the bill. He likes the fresh tomato taste, it wasn’t as hot for him as I thought it was going to be. You will definitely enjoy the peppers flavors. I love that is made with ingredients I can find in my pantry and can read. Also since it is made in small batches, I know it is not in a warehouse for a long time. We will definitely buy again.
