Review – Propresser Garlic Press

PropresserGarlicPress
I love cooking with garlic, but having to peel and mince is tedious and the smell would linger on my fingers for hours. My solution to this was to buy garlic in bulk and peel them all at once and mince it in the food processor and store it on a jar in my refrigerator, Great! I only have to deal with the peeling and the smell on my fingers once, but it took me close to 3 hours to peel, chop and store. The garlic over time didn’t look as fresh. So, when I heard about The Propresser Garlic Press by Orblue and saw that you can actually press the garlic with the peel, I jump at the opportunity of reviewing it.

I always wanted one, but the quality of the ones I have found did not impress me. When I opened the box I was really impressed at how shiny and beautiful it looked. The Propresser Garlic Press is solid and sturdy made from 100% stainless steel. It is not like other garlic presses made from cheap zinc alloy.

We used different sized garlic cloves and everything came out evenly and the peel stay behind. The minced garlic and juices did not splatter all over. You can scrape the freshly press garlic from the outside with a knife to loosen it off the grater. No need to use your fingers to clean up the basket either, to remove anything left on the basket and when you are done, run it underwater.
Minced Garlic with Propresser Garlic Press
The Propresser Garlic Press makes mincing garlic easier, faster and clean up is a breeze.

I have to admit I feel a bit spoiled after using it. The Propresser Garlic Press by Orblue is worth every single cent you’ll pay and it will be the last garlic press you will ever need!

This would make a great gift *Thanksgiving* to someone you know who loves to cook. Find this handy kitchen tool on Amazon.com at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HHLNRVE
